Research Preamble:

To support and accomplish the vision of our Management the college has highly qualified staff and many of them are Ph.D. holders and are active in research.  More than 20% of the staff are currently pursuing research.  The college has signed a number of MOU’s to actively interact with industry to carry our research. 
The Departments of CSE, ECE, EEE, Mathematics and Chemistry are recognized as Research Centres by Anna University, Chennai and the department of Computer Applications by Anna University of Technology Chennai, Chennai to do Ph.D.  Conferences and Faculty Development Programmes are frequently organized to exchange ideas and to bring together active researchers.  There is a strong support by Management enabling the publication of a number of Research papers by both Staff and Students.
